HOW OFTEN SHOULD A RESERVE STUDY BE COMPLETED?

Reserve studies are a constantly changing document due to changes in the financials, changes in components, projects being completed, projects being deferred, etc. With budgets being created annually we strongly advise of the initial reserve study being updated annually as those Clients of ours that have most successfully steered their reserve account to more appropriate levels have done so by monitoring and making adjustments annually.
