Video transcription: So to get started with the reserves study process we just need some very basic information about your community. We need to understand how much you're allocating to reserve account, how much is in your reserve account and how many dues paying members there are. We also need your governing documents, CCR's, bylaws and your declarations. We like to review all those items to complete a comprehensive study for the Association. The good news is you don't have to have all this information up front, you can hire our services and we will come out and can do a site inspection during this process.
You can collect this information and then supply it to us at later date. It's not something you need to rush out and get everything all set up front, that's just not the case make, we make it nice and easy and we understand that some of these things take time and board members are volunteers that have their own life and own schedules.
