This is very dependent on how quickly we're provided information from vendors, from board members, from community members that may have lived there a long time and are the only ones that remember when the roof was last replaced, things like that. So the more information we can get the more accurate it's going to be for your community and more catered our financial plans are going to be for your community.

That being said for most communities we will have a draft out around three weeks from there the board members can review it, make revisions and we can have a final out when they get back to us shortly after that.
